What a day...Upland birds
  • The day is divided in two hunting runs...the firts "3 hours in the morning" and the second in the after noon.
  • A great lunch made by a hunter for a hunter in mid-day ...that will give plenty of rest to the dogs who's been working hard in the morning for you!
  • The hunt will start around 7.00 am and finish just before supper...

    The hunting season for upland birds is the BEST in the north region... With all the diversety of hunt we have here in Quebec,the available hunting time especially for the woodcock... is only for about 7-8 weeks (except for the locals).We have more time for grouse, parthridge, the great willow ptarmigan and all the waterfowls.

    We look foward to give you a very good and personal service... So it will be very important for you to reserve in advance to maximise your hunting trip!

    We can provide you with the services for BEAR hunting (spring), DEER hunting, CARIBOU and of course UPLAND BIRD hunting in the "BEST OUTFITTERS".

    Necessary equipments

    You will need to have with you for your hunting trip:

    • Valid hunting license ...Important!!!Click here non-residents!!!
    • Gun (maximum of 3 shots are tolerated by law for watefowl) Munitions #8-9 (BBB steel for Canadian Goose)munitions can be provide by the guide
    • Bow or crossbow for bear/deer hunting
    • Glasses (very important to protect your eyes in the bushes!no next door clinic...)
    • Vest and hat "orange"(not nessary for Waterfowl or bow hunting season )
    • Cooler with ice for game birds(it can be warm...)
    • Rain gear (you never know!)
    • Gloves
    • Personal effects (drinks, first aid kit, extra clothing...)
    • NO DRUGS OR ALCOHOL WILL BE TOLERATE !!!

    A deposit of 50% is requested

    Cancellations must be 2 months before the hunt -20% of total

    • You decide when your hunt starts and finish!

      SPRING BEAR HUNTING

      Must be a minimum of 2 hunters

      Full week of hunt/everything included(extra for food)/fishing/boat included

      Hunt on private land ( less than a hour from Montreal )

      Minimum 2 hunters and maximum of 3 hunters per hunt

      Result for 2006...100%!!!

      $125/day/per hunter/minimum 3 days/maximum 3 hunters

      Shooting DOES ONLY or 6 points bucks and more

      Extra $100 to clean animal and bring out of the woods

      Extra free day if nobody shoots a deer!
